Residence Hall Use Cases

  • A group of Hall Directors (HDs) is tasked with delivering a 1-credit spring semester course for a group of 15 new RAs/CAs. The HDs purchase a Residence Hall License and incorporate the 14 modules into their 16 weekly class meetings.

A strong team of RAs & CAs improves the resident metrics you are accountable for: safety, wellbeing, engagement, success, and retention.

Campus Use Cases

  • An institution does not have a standardized RA/CA training program. The Director of Residence Life purchases a campus license to formalize training for front-line Residence Life Professionals.

  • An institution experiences declining retention in their residence halls. The Director of Student Housing purchases a campus license as one component of a multi-pronged approach to address retention challenges.

  • An institution traditionally relies on Hall Directors (HDs) & Assistant Hall Directors (ADs) to organize & deliver RA/CA training. A Director of Residence Life purchases a campus license to provide generalized RA/CA training and reinvest saved HD & AD time toward other, critical tasks.

  • A Residence Life Program is under-resourced. The Director of Residence Life purchases a campus license as a cost-effective resource to help front-line Residence Life Professionals to do more with less.
